Draft. This page shows the correct structure with plain-language placeholder content. Replace with attorney-reviewed copy before launch.

Your trust is the whole product. This policy explains, in plain language, what RevRevi does with your information and your customers’ information — and what it never does.

1. Who we are

RevRevi provides software that helps rental businesses re-engage their past customers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers both your account information and the customer data you connect to RevRevi.

2. Information we collect

Account information you give us: your name, business name, email address, and billing details (payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers).

Connected business data: when you link your rental software, we import the records needed to write win-back messages — your customers’ names and contact details, their booking and rental history, and related notes. This is your business data, handled on your behalf.

Usage information: basic logs about how the service is used, used to keep RevRevi reliable and secure.

3. How we use information

We use your information to operate the service: to import your bookings, draft messages in your voice, send only the messages you approve, attribute rebookings honestly, and support your account.

We do not use your customers’ data to train shared models for other businesses, and we do not use it to advertise to your customers.

4. Your data is yours — we never sell it

We never sell your data or your customers’ data, and we never share it with other businesses. You can disconnect your rental software at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data. We keep it only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that make RevRevi work — for example, our hosting and database provider, our email-delivery provider, and our payment processor — and only to the extent they need it to perform their function for us. Each is bound to protect the data. A current list of these providers is available on request.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of RevRevi, our customers, or others.

6. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. Credentials you connect (such as API keys) are stored encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you appropriately if a problem occurs.

7. Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information, and you can disconnect any connected service. Depending on where you and your customers live, additional privacy rights may apply. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you.
