Terms of Service

These terms keep things clear between you and RevRevi. We’ve written them in plain language; the reviewed version will govern once published.
1. Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your access to and use of RevRevi. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using RevRevi on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf.
2. The service
RevRevi helps you re-engage past customers by drafting messages based on your booking history and sending the ones you approve. Features may change over time as we improve the product.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract.
4. Your responsibilities and your data
You confirm that you own or are authorized to use the customer data you connect, and that contacting those customers is permitted. You are responsible for the content of messages you approve and for complying with applicable laws, including anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM) and marketing-consent rules. RevRevi includes required elements such as an unsubscribe link and your mailing address in messages, but lawful use of your customer list remains your responsibility.
5. Trial, billing, and cancellation
RevRevi offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, the plan is billed at the price shown at signup (currently $149/month) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges, and access continues through the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use RevRevi to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate others, or to violate anyone’s rights. We may suspend or limit accounts that put deliverability, security, or other customers at risk.
7. Intellectual property
RevRevi and its software remain our property. Your business data and the content of your messages remain yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service for you.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
RevRevi is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable but do not guarantee specific results, such as a particular number of rebookings. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You can stop using RevRevi and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or as needed to protect the service. On termination, you may export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
